Jill’s goals are to help others, build strength, muscle, confidence, health, and happiness through fitness. As a registered nurse for 17 years, she has seen how the lack of fitness and nutrition has affected peoples health, daily activities, functional movement and overall happiness. Not only does it affect the individual, but it affects their loved ones as well. Movement of any kind is better than no movement at all.
Jill has been involved in fitness her whole life. From softball, track and volleyball during her school years to running short distance races, half marathons and a full marathon; from multiple Beachbody, workouts and platforms, to local gyms and personal trainers to working out in her basement. She has found success in all variations - the key is finding what you love and what works best for you.
Jill works out 4 to 6 days per week with a variety of weights and objects. However, many workouts are bodyweight movements only and she would love to introduce you to CrossFit style workouts, and show you that ANYONE can do them 😁
All workouts can be modified to one's level of fitness. These workouts will be done in a variety of formats, such as EMOMs (every minute on the minute), AMRAPs (as many rounds/reps as possible), For Time and Tabata style workouts. These workouts are fun, intense, sometimes have minimal movements and yet they are very effective.
She and her husband have two boys and an eight-year-old dog. She absolutely loves being outside. Whether it's soaking up the sun, walking a few miles or spending time at their hunting grounds; being outside is calming to her.
”I really enjoy CrossFit and I know I need to incorporate some more yoga in my life. 😉😉 Hope to see you soon and help you on your fitness journey XOXO”
