Healthy employees are happy employees. Our corporate wellness programs are designed to help your employees improve their health and productivity, reduce absenteeism, and boost morale. Emily is CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments) certified through the Illinois Department of Public Health to perform cholesterol and blood glucose analyses. She holds health and wellness events where these tests as well as body measurement assessments can be done. With a masters degree of education in health and wellness and as a certified nutritionist she can also discuss the importance of eating healthily. Invest in your employees' well-being with Emily.

LIFT! is a class that provides various workout formats. You will use a barbell with plates, dumbbells and resistance bands. This class will also focus on functional mobility, concentrating on core stability, working abdominals, back, hips and glutes. This full body workout will provide an amazing challenge for your muscles to the point of fatigue.

Power Endurance+ is a class that keeps you moving through various formats to build both muscular endurance and strength while also providing a cardiovascular challenge that’s ’dialed in’ to ensure you maintain good form and movement patterns while you work!
We target the gluteus maximus, medius and minimus and hip areas. These muscles help stabilize the upper body and pelvis, aiding in locomotion and extension of the hips. Core exercises strengthen muscles around the pelvis, abdomen and spine allowing you to unload your joints and promote ease of movement.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)- this class is similar to Burn and may put you in an anaerobic state as we perform short, sharp bursts of movement alternated with low intensity recovery periods. Do not be intimidated! There are always ways to modify each move making low impact exercises just as effective!
This class is similar to HIlT and Tabata, but we perform repetitive, shorter, rigidly defined exercises while working fast twitch muscles all at the same time, burning calories and fat. A women-focused strength training class that empowers and encourages women to develop strength, confidence, and functional fitness through a variety of strength exercises. This class will focus on the foundations of strength training concentrating on form while using weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercise to build muscle, burn calories and have fun!
