Jodi has 20+ years of experience teaching a broad variety of group exercise formats including Step, Cardio Kickboxing, Strength & Conditioning, Zumba, HIIT and Spinning. Over the years she has held certifications through the National Exercise Trainer Association (formerly NDEITA), the Athletic & Fitness Association of America (AFAA), Zumba and Expert Rating – Indoor Cycling Instructor Program.
She enjoys spending time with her family and cooking and loves anything health & fitness related. She is an avid runner and participates in a lot of the local road races, loves strength training and yoga.
Jodi and her husband have two daughters, two sons, and a pet named Ziggy.

Heather is a certified personal trainer and certified strength and conditioning coach. She is currently working on her Women’s Coaching Specialist Certification. Her goal is to help women become stronger and more knowledgeable about how to be the best version of themselves. She wants to educate women on becoming “familiar and comfortable with strength training,” and how strength training is essential for all women! Heather wants to share her wealth of knowledge with women in their 50’s about perimenopause and menopause.
She is the CEO of Central Counties Health Centers, a community health center providing medical, dental, and behavioral health care to those most in need. Outside of teaching group classes, she loves to do CrossFit, yoga, hiking, traveling, watching live sports, bungee fitness, and spending time with family. She and her husband have two daughters and two dogs.

Michelle is an AFAA, Spinning and TRX certified instructor with 30 years of group fitness training. She started her fitness instructor journey in 1995 teaching a variety of classes including cycling, HIIT, core, step, kickboxing, gravity, and strength classes. Additionally she is currently working on her Pilates Mat and Reformer certification.
Michelle is a full time RN for 32 years with the majority of her career in critical care.
Michelle has 2 boys and a step son and daughter with her husband Chuck and 2 dog fur babies. “My goal is to bring smiles, laughter, and of course sweat with challenging and fun workouts in a comfortable environment for all levels of fitness”

HIIT Happens/KickAbs!
Audrey found her passion for line dancing in Spring 2024 right here in the local Springfield community. What started as a new hobby quickly grew into a love for the fun, the great cardio, and the incredible sense of belonging. Her goal is to make line dancing accessible and enjoyable for beginners, helping them build confidence one step at a time!
She shares her life with her husband, two cats, (Chip and Jelly) and a dog (Nova). Her other hobbies include reading, staying fit at the gym, and being active outdoors as much as possible.
